Ultra Cleaner

ULTRA CLEANER is a water based alkaline decarbonizer for ultrasonic machines. It is developed to remove carbon deposits, engine varnish, heavy soils as found in internal combustion engine.
ULTRA CLEANER does not contain chlorinated solvents, phenolic bodies, amines or chromates which allows the use in waterbased systems.
ULTRA CLEANER is able to remove also silicone greases and is safe for the use on aluminium, steel, copper and their alloys.

  • USE:
    - for maintenance or overhaul of petrol or diesel engines
    - can also be used for cleaning of accessories such as clutch parts, gearbox parts, carburators, pistons, valves, radiators, etc.
    - removes contaminations like oil, grease, carbon, engine varnish, soot, etc.
  • APPLICATION:
    - Most applications require 15% of ULTRA CLEANER solution
    - For degreasing only, 6% of the soltuion are enough
    - Recommended working temperature is 80°C
    - Contact time depends on the amount and kind of contamination
    - If possilbe, high-pressure rinsing is recommended
    - After rinsing, there will be NO rust protection. For possible and right corrosion protector, please ask our sales person.
