Solder & Seal X

SOLDER & SEAL X has been developed and designed for any electrical connections that require high quality, reliability, long life and watertightness. SOLDER & SEAL X consists of a two-part shrink solder joint with a solder ring and two coloured adhesive rings. The solder of SOLDER & SEAL X is soft and has improved properties. The shrink-weld joint provides insulation and reduces installation costs. SOLDER & SEAL X is available in different sizes (see product references) and can be used for twisted and solid cables with a diameter from 0.25 mm² to 6.0 mm².

  • APPLICATION:
    - Choose right size of connector, apply wire from both sides until they overlap at the position of the lead core.
    - Press lead ring for a short mechanic fixing.
    - Apply heat by heat gun or lighter.
    - Start from the lead core and move to the outside, remain until the lead is melted and the connection is completed.
