Seal Tech 25

SEAL TECH 25 is multi purpose sealant suitable for use on almost every substrate. Due to its unique formulation SEAL TECH 25 has a wide temperature range for application, from -20°C to +90°C. SEAL TECH 25 can be used for sealing the most joints and can be painted with common water based paint systems. SEAL TECH 25 is also suitable as a barrier in chemically active and wet environments. SEAL TECH 25 does not lose its elastic properties and does not shrink while hardening and it shows excellent absorption of acoustic vibrations. SEAL TECH 25 even prevents fungal and bacterial growth. Free from isocyanate, solvents or silicone.

Cures at temperatures as low as -40°C.
Retains its elastic properties permanently.
Excellent absorption of acoustic vibrations.
Fast-curing, 3 mm per 24 hours and shrinkage free.
High mechanical resistance.
UV and weather resistance.
Prevents fungal and bacterial growth.
No contamination of edges when used on marble and natural stone.
Does not contain isocyanate, solvents or silicone.
Paintable with the most common water-based paint systems.

- at + 5°C and 50% relative humidity:
1 day: 1,7mm/2 days: 2,6mm/7 days: 4,5mm
- at -20°C and 0% relative humidity:
1 day: 0,8mm/2 days: 1,3mm/7 days: 1,5mm
Chemical resistance after curing:
- good: water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, light acids and alkalis
- moderate: esters, ketones and aromatics
- not resistant to: strong acids and alkalis, chlorinated hydrocarbons, swimmingpool water

SEAL TECH 25 is for sealing all kinds of joints around window and door frames, plasterwork, glazing, wall exteriors, floors, etc.
SEAL TECH 25 is usable even under hard conditions, such as low temperatures or difficult surfaces.
The surface to be treated, has to be clean and free from grease and dust. Therefore you can use cleaners like SAFE CLEAN or MEGA FOAM.
Strip the joint with SEAL TECH FINISHER.
After the application of the SEAL TECH 25, we advise to paint within a few days after the applications, for the best result. Drying delay times may occasionally occur. Testing in advance is recommended.
