PU Fix

PU Fix is a two-component, polyurethane-based adhesive that polymerises at ambient temperature. It has been studied for use in light, fast anchorage on walls with solid bricks or hollow partition bricks, concrete, cellular concrete, plasterboard and wood.
PU Fix is the secure fixing solution for walls with hollow partition bricks; the speed of catalysis allows for  considerable time-saving. Thanks to its composition, PU Fix also adheres to many synthetic materials such as PVC, ABS, Plexi, etc.

  • Polyurethane anchoring
  • Excellent on walls with solid bricks and hollow partition bricks
  • Ideal for light loads
  • Quick
  • Paintable
  • Economical use

Dynamic viscosity: 22 Pa*s

Base: Polyurethane
Mixing ratio, volume: 1:1
Mixing ratio, weight: 0.89:1
Thermostability: -37°C/+100°C
Application temperature: +10°C/+30°C
Tensile strength (at 23°C): 20 MPa
Elongation at break: 15%
Shore D hardness: 70
Resistivity: 1.2x10^12 Ohmxcm
Open time: 1 minute
Setting time: 5 minutes
Final catalysis: 4 hours

  • PU Fix is suitable for the rapid installation of small equipment such as boilers, electrical panels, shutters, gates, shelves, kitchen furniture, etc.
  • For use on walls with hollow bricks, we recommend the use of coverings. The holes must be clean, dry and free of dust; to obtain excellent cleaning results, clean the hole with a wire brush and subsequently blow with a pump.  On very dusty materials, it is recommended that the operation is repeated several times.
  • PU Fix is not  a structural chemical anchoring.
