Power Fix LSE

POWER FIX LSE is a double sided tape which
combines an excellent internal strength at elevated
temperatures with a good tack and an extremely
high ultimate adhesion to various substrates. The polyester fabric provides strength and makes the tape tearable by hand.
POWER FIX LSE is very well suited for high load bearing applications to smooth and rough surfaces

Liner: Polypropylene, Blue
Thickness: 0,80 mm
Adhesive strength, open side: 55 N/25 mm
Adhesive strength, covered side: 40 N/25 mm
Tensile strength: 80 N/ 25 mm
Static shear: 3kg at 23°C for > 168h
Service temperature range: -10°C to +75°C

Storage: Clean and dry in a well ventilated area, preferably at a temperature between +15°C and +30°C. Stored under these conditions shelf life will be a minimum of one year.
Chemical resistance: Limited
UV resistance: Limited
Ageing resistance: Good
Plasticizer resistance: Limited
Suitable for LSE: Yes



 

  • Usage temperature should be between + 15°C and + 30°C.
  • Surface must be clean and free from dust and grease.
  • Pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with a maximum of pressure in order to achieve maximum pressure level.
  • The indicated level of performance will be reached after a bonding period of 24 HRS at 23 °C.
