Multi Tech PTFE

MULTI TECH PTFE is a high performance transparent dry film lubricant with micron PTFE granules. Thanks to its long-lasting lubrication performances and an extremely durable lubrication film, it enlarges lubrication intervals and eliminates wear on moving parts.
MULTI TECH PTFE is not sticky, will not attract dirt and is highly water-resistant because of its powerful penetrating performance. It even penetrates rust, eases fixed parts which are difficult to access and does not affect synthetic materials, metals or rubbers.
It grants a professional and outstanding lubrication at high and low temperatures. MULTI TECH PTFE prevents abrasion and is usable for heavy loads and fine mechanism as well.

  • Micron PTFE granules create a ball-bearing effect.
  • Enlarges lubrication intervals.
  • Resists heavy loads and is suitable for fine mechanisms.
  • Long-lasting lubrication at both low and high temperatures.
  • Powerful penetrating performance.
  • Penetrates rust.
  • Transparent.
  • No dirt adhesion.
  • Silicone free.
  • Good corrosion protection.
  • Water, salt water and weather resistant.
  • Does not affect rubber, lacquer or synthetic material.

  • INDUSTRY:
for the efficient, extended and energy-saving service of all moving parts, such as : conveyor belts and rails, electric pumps, cables, precision parts, punching and stamping machines, gear wheels, rotary geared pumps,  scaffolding, sliding windows, plunger pumps, etc.
  • AUTOMOTIVE:
cars, motorbikes, bicycles, agricultural mechanics, navigation, transport, ... : lubricating open chains, window and door mechanisms, conductors for open roofs, pneumatic hatches, conductors and hinges, etc.
  • MULTI TECH PTFE is appropriate for metal/metal as well as plastic/plastic lubrications or combinations of these.
  • USE:
Shake before use. Do not spray directly onto hot surfaces (< 90°C). Parts should be cleaned first with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent. Spray MULTI TECH PTFE onto parts such as cables and chains and let it penetrate. Afterwards wipe off the excess of lubricant with a clean fabric.
NOTE: Do not use too much MULTI TECH PTFE as thin layer with a relubrication (if needed)  achieves better results than a thick layer of lubricant.
