Glue Fix Spray

GLUE FIX SPRAY is a multifunctional spray aerosol based on styrene-butadiene-rubber, resins and hydrocarbon solvents. GLUE FIX SPRAY gets its extraordinary performance through a combination of a special spray nozzle and the adhesives recipe. With the special nozzle it can be sprayed in a web-structure, which shows very good results even on rough surfaces. The GLUE FIX SPRAY nozzle does not only come with a special web-technology, but also with a 3 position valve to always have the right amount of adhesive. This guarantees the most economical use of GLUE FIX SPRAY. The spray adhesive is unavoidable, where a brush or other application techniques cannot be used. GLUE FIX SPRAY can also be used on vertical surfaces, as it does not drip. It bonds a wide variety of materials such as wood, stone, rubber, canvas fabrics, cardboard, metal, paper, cork, foam etc.

Drying time (20°C): Ca. 2 min. (two sides adhesion), 30 sec for foam
Open time: Max.15 min.
Temperature resistance: Max. 60°C
Density (20°C): 0.71 g/cm³
Application temperature: 10°C - 35°C
Storage conditions: Cool (10°C - 20°C) and dry

  • Use on room temperature and shake well before use.
  • Before using GLUE FIX SPRAY on any surfaces, these should be clean, dry and free from grease.
  • Spray GLUE FIX SPRAY onto the surface/object to be glued and press firmly together.
  • For 2-way application, spray both surfaces and allow drying for 10 minutes, then press them into position.
  • After usage of GLUE FIX SPRAY turn the aerosol upside-down and spray until only gas is coming out.
  • Remove unintentional spots immediately before drying with white spirit or acetone cleaner, such as FAST CLEAN or POWER STRIP.
  • On coloured surfaces always test in a concealed area first. Discoloration may occur.
