Fast Fix S

FAST FIX S is a cyanoacrylate glue with low viscosity which together with FAST FIX PRIMER bonds the most difficult materials. FAST FIX S hardens very fast and is insensitive on difficult surfaces like porous rubber, cardboard, paper and many more.

SBR / SBR - rubber:  ≤ 5 sec
Polycarbonate / Polycarbonate:  ≤ 10 sec
EPDM / EPDM - rubber:  ≤ 7 sec
Final strength: 24 hours
 
Physical properties (cured film):  
Tensile Shear Strength acc. to EN 1465 on:  
Aluminium / Aluminium: > 14 N/mm²
ABS / ABS: test stripes failed
Tensile Force on round rubber profiles:  
SBR / SBR - rubber Ø 18mm: > 1700 N
SBR / SBR    10 days/70°C: > 1500 N
  • APPLICATION: 
    - Roughen, degrease and dry the surface.
    - Apply a thin coat of FAST FIX S on both surfaces and press the parts together for several seconds before the glue dries.
    - If FAST FIX S is applied too thick, curing will take longer, while FAST FIX AKTIVATOR shortens this curing time.
    - For difficult materials like silicone please use the product in combination with FAST FIX PRIMER.
    - Cured adhesive can be removed with FAST FIX REMOVER.
