Fast Fix Primer

FAST FIX PRIMER is a solvent based primer for the treatment of nonpopular surfaces such as polyethylene, polypropylene or PTFE.
With FAST FIX PRIMER difficult surfaces can be bonded with any FAST FIX glue.

Shelf life: 12 months at room temperature
Pressurized container: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
Buildup of explosive mixtures possible without sufficient ventilation.

  • 1. Clean the surface thoroughly.
  • 2. Fast Fix Primer should be applied to a clean, lint-free cloth / paper / sponge and the surface should be wetted with it.
  • 3. ATTENTION: Before the adhesive is applied, the solvent must be completely evaporated!
  • 4. ATTENTION: There should not be more than an hour between applying the primer and applying the adhesive.
  • 5. ATTENTION: If only one part to be joined is made of non-polar plastic, only this must be treated with primer. In this case, the adhesive should be applied to the untreated surface.
  • 6. Load the bond only after the final strength has been reached.
