Fast Fix

FAST FIX is a special ethylester-cyanoacrylicacid based adhesive which is solvent free and has a very fast curing time on almost all kinds of materials. Because it is very insensitive to inactive and difficult surfaces compared to normal and universal grades, FAST FIX cures surly at all applications and conditions. FAST FIX is resistant to solvents, oils, benzene, temperature fluctuations and atmospheric conditions. FAST FIX is suitable for various materials and applications.

  • Based on cyanacrylate-ethylester
  • Bonds in seconds
  • Insensitive to inactive and difficult surfaces
  • Precise dosage tip - reclose able
  • Solvent free
  • No blooming
  • Suitable for all kinds of materials and applications
  • No heating - no soldering - no mixing
  • High tensile shear strength - shows no shrinkage
  • Very economical - the thinner the adhesive, the stronger the joint
  • NSF certified

  • FAST FIX provides an exceptionally strong bond between almost all kinds of materials,
  • For best results use FAST FIX in the following way:
    1. Surfaces have to be clean from dust and oil/grease etc. Clean the surface with Safety Clean and Multifoam (Powerfoam) to have the best preparation before gluing.
    2. Apply FAST FIX in very thin layers on both surfaces you want to bond. (to have a faster curing time and for difficult and porous surface spray FAST FIX Activator on the surface before applying and let it dry out)
    3. Press the two surfaces together immediately.
    4. High pressure ensures that FAST FIX is applied on all surface in a thin layer
    5. DO NOT move the work piece until FAST FIX start curing (this lasts only second)
    6. Remove fresh FAST FIX from applied surface with FAST FIX REMOVER.
    7. Close the lid immediate that no humidity gets into the bottle of FAST FIX, this enlarges the shelf live.
  • On porous surfaces, fast curing process or difficult materials, we recommend the use of FAST FIX AKTIVATOR.
  • For higher gaps filling opportunities use FAST FIX FILLER
  • For difficult surfaces like Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) or PTFE use FAST FIX PRIMER before applying FAST FIX.

For the best adhesion on aluminum please roughen/sand the aluminum first.
