- Surface Preparation:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease, dirt and oil. Remove loose rust and paint with coarse sand paper or wire brush. - Shake RUSTCON AEROSOL well for at least one minute before using.
- Apply when work piece and can are at temperature of 8-25°C.
- Holding can 20 to 30 cm from the surface, spray a thin, even coating of RUSTCON AEROSOL onto the rusted metal. Spray 2-3 layers "wet in wet" without sagging.
- Let the layer convert and dry.
- Final application will dry to a black finish.
- Maybe painted after curing for approximately six hours.
